ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Manager for Wendy Gillies, State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.   • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
    • 70% of your day will be service type of work
    • 30% of your day will be adding policies with current and prospective policy holders
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to engage in sales and service conversations.
BENEFITS
  • Pay hourly plus commission
    • In 2024 average Account Manager issued over 20k in premium, resulting in average of $1,000 commission/bonus per month
  • Paid time off for full time employees
  • Hours Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00
Compensation $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
