"I have been with State Farm for 20 years, and Wendy has been by far the worst agent i have dealt with. Her staff have been amazing, so this is nothing against State Farm or her staff. She made accusations about me that where not true and when I had a dumbfounded look on my face i was told to never come back on property and was forced to change agents by her request simply for asking if my address had been changed. I didn't know stopping in to ask questions about my policy and making changes to my policy, and simply being friendly was a crime. My past agents always enjoyed when i stopped in, especially when i brought my children in with me. They were always kind and engaging. But with Wendy's office, i always dreaded going in because i knew if she was there, I'd be treated poorly and changes to my policy would either not get done or would be messed up. So, if you are male and you are a friendly person that doesn't mind having your information shared with other customers and having to constantly stop in because your policy is messed up and treated like crap and kicked off property for just asking questions and making changes to your policy don't go to Wendy. There are better agents."

"Least helpful agent in town. I needed a single document from them & I was told by Wendy herself & her staff that they could not help me & she’d even “lose her license” if she helped. I was given NO OTHER AVENUES OF HELP nor was I given any advice. I had to talk to my current agent at another Co. to sort out this mess. From two days to 10 minutes I was able to get the documentation I needed from StateFarms claim department. My concerns werent heard, my plead for help was ignored & conundrum referred to as a “crappy situation”.. Losing a car due to not having insurance, means no job, home or groceries. This is NOT okay. If you need an office near CDA, Tim Skelton will absolutely take care of you. Do not proceed with Wendy or her team, unless you want to be talked down to & made to feel you have no options."

"Super friendly, but very unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Instead of a state to state transfer from my old agent, they started a new policy then kept pawning me off to my old agent for them to cancel their policy and refund the double payments I had been making. Just called this office and they transferred me to the main claims department just for the claims department to inform me my agent would know the answer better. They called me when I first moved to CDA so it was convenient, but I wish I would’ve looked up reviews and went with a longer tenured and more knowledgeable agent. Hopefully they’ll get better with time. Edit: Response to owner They have not reached out to me. Which is okay because I’ve already switched agents, but I find it interesting they would lie about it to try and save face on their reviews. Removed one star."

"I decided to switch to state farm from allstate after my insurance jumped $30 because I was late on a payment because their website wasn't working so I lost my "good payers discount." Ray stayed late because he knew what time I'd be off work to help me get coverage that day. He was extremely informative (I've never had someone actually explain insurance and what it covers to me) he was nice and funny. Very pleasant man to work with. He was able to get me the best coverage (better than what I had) and my insurance dropped $50. In total between my full coverage car insurance, business insurance, and full coverage dirtbike insurance I'm only paying $20 more than what I was paying for just my car insurance. So to say the least I'm very happy. My sister's fiancé will also be checking them out after finding out he's paying triple what I'm paying through progressive for full coverage."

"This is my first time being insured with State Farm. I've been dealing with an agent named Kim Johnson and she has been fantastic to work with. She got me a great deal on auto and renters insurance and is helping me with a whole life policy. I would recommend to anyone giving the Wendy McInerney agency a call."
